JOB SUMMARY
As an Entry-Level Process Engineer, you will play a key role in assisting the operations team with the development, improvement, and optimization of processes related to production, quality control, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the team to analyze current processes, recommend improvements, and support the implementation of best practices in line with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis, design, and optimization of manufacturing and production processes. Control and update process routers on all product in facility.
- Conduct data analysis and identify areas for process improvement through performance metrics and operational data.
- Maintain process documentation, customer drawings, operating procedures, and work instructions.
- Participate in root cause analysis for production/quality/safety issues and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Develop/implement a quoting process to support new business growth.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulations in all activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or prior experience in manufacturing or process engineering (not required)
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards
