Skills & Requirements:
- 6 months previous sales experience required.
- Experience with customer retention preferred.
- Experience with email correspondence.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and use key principles to improve process and retention techniques.
- Team oriented and a strong individual performer that shares best practices with other members.
- Adept at using sales and retention strategies through brand building techniques.
- Committed to understanding and exercising a mastery of each products benefits and/or value proposition to customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to demonstrate conversational skills.
- Typing proficiency of at least 30 WPM.
- Attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Prioritize assignments and deadlines with the ability to be flexible to meet the most urgent task.
- Quiet, secure and uninterrupted home work environment.
- Reliable phone, internet, and ethernet connection.
- Proficient typing and computer skills in fast pace environment.
- Comfortable in learning and using digital tools.
- Self Disciplined.
- Ability to work independently and avoid distractions.
- Self Motivated.
- Wired headset and ethernet connection required.
