- Engage with leaders in providing and receiving constructive feedback while helping them navigate challenges such as stress, frustration, and conflict resolution
- Extensive Experience: At least 10 years of hands-on experience in OD interventions, with a proven track record of success
- Educational Background: A master’s degree in one of the applied behavioral sciences (Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Management Science)
- Strategic Vision: Skilled in visualizing, designing, and implementing long-range change management strategies to drive organizational success
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, feedback, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle complex organizational dynamics
- Affiliations & Certifications: Active affiliations with OD organizations such as the Organizational Development Network or the International Association of Facilitators, with certification in coaching and the ability to administer and interpret assessment instruments
- Executive Coaching Certification: An ICF-certified coach or an individual with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology is highly preferred
- Assessment Expertise: Qualified to administer and interpret executive assessment tools used in interventions
