Non-Clinical Case Manager (Government Contract)
Location: Raper Armory, Cheyenne, WY
Salary: $65,000- $75,000 per year (Based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (9-hour days, alternating Fridays off), plus one weekend per month

About the Position
We are seeking Non-Clinical Case Managers to support the Wyoming Army National Guard (WYARNG) G-1 Medical Division. This role is administrative (non-medical) and focuses on tracking, managing, and improving the medical readiness of service members. The ideal candidate has a strong background in military administration, medical records management, or case management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, track, and update Soldier Treatment Records (STRs) and medical/dental appointments.
- Manage medical profiles, referrals, and evaluations in Army medical systems (MHS-Genesis, MODS, MEDCHART, PRT).
- Assist service members in meeting medical readiness standards (MRC 1 or 2).
- Work with military providers, unit leadership, and service members to track care plans.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PII regulations, and Army medical readiness policies.
- Attend one weekend per month for scheduled PHA events.
- Maintain quality control (QC) and accurate documentation.
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience in military case management, medical administration, or HR-related fields.
- Proficiency in Army medical readiness databases (or ability to quickly learn).
- Understanding of military medical policies, HIPAA, and PII regulations.
- Ability to work both on-site and remotely when approved.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in military HR, healthcare administration, or case management.
- Familiarity with MEDPROS, MODS, and eCase tracking systems.
- Strong organizational, data entry, and record-keeping skills.
Additional Requirements
- Must be eligible for Common Access Card (CAC) issuance.
- Complete HIPAA, OPSEC, and AT Level 1 training within 30 days of hiring.
- Ability to pass a background check for installation access.
