We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Professional to join our team at Humboldt County Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and diversity & inclusion
- Collaborate with department managers to design and implement training programs
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, as well as hospital policies and procedures
- Communicate HR information and updates to employees and management
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least five years of HR experience in a hospital setting. PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.
