As we embark on new growth opportunities, we seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Architectural Administrative Assistant to join our Rochester, NY office who embodies our values and vision, ready to contribute to our legacy and culture.
Role Overview
This position’s primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to our Rochester Architectural & Interiors Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams, a proactive approach to task completion, and an eye for detail in managing documentation and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Rochester Architectural & Interiors Teams.
- Assist in document preparation, proofreading, and formatting.
- Manage files and organize project documentation.
- Coordinate communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Support project management tasks as needed.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative assistance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong filing and document management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- referred experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat Pro, InDesign, and Pho-toshop).
- Strong proofreading abilities and technical writing skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Newforma Project Center or a similar construction management software.
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus.
Compensation
Wage Range: $39,520.00 to $49,920.00 per year. Salary commensurate with experience and talent.
