We’re Hiring : General Manager – Americas Operations

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving growth and innovation? We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our Americas operations. If you have technical expertise, project management skills, and a proven track record in achieving results, we want to hear from you!

Salary : $165-190k base 10-20% bonus

Key Requirements :

  • Manufacturing experience (parts or equipment preferred)
  • Strong commercial accounting background & P&L management (under $15M annually ideal)
  • Proven project management and organizational skills

What You’ll Do :

  • Drive strategic growth across operations, engineering, and finance
  • Oversee projects and ensure timely, successful delivery
  • Fuel sales growth by expanding relationships with new and existing customers
  • Analyze market, competitor, and industry trends
  • Implement KPIs, best practices, and data-driven strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and manage budgets with precision
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Technical or business degree
  • Experience in manufacturing and / or relevant industries
  • Proven sales & negotiation skills in technical fields
  • A results-driven mindset with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
