Academic Interviewer

Hunter Hamilton is partnering with a prominent educational group to assist with their need in the Student Interviewer department. This role will schedule and perform student follow up interviews during the admissions process. This will include building relationships with prospective students, providing excellent customer service via phone calls, emails and SMS text and utilizing Internet applications and student databases. These are temporary to possible hire opportunities working a full time schedule Monday through Friday hybrid, 4 days in office/on site, and 1 day remote. Hunter Hamilton offers hourly/weekly pay, direct deposit and temporary health benefits!

Schedule

Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm ET with Monday through Thursday being in office and Friday remote.

Pay

They pay range is between $25-$28/hr to start depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the interview process
• Conducting prospective student interviews and providing detailed and concise write ups to the admissions committee.
• Working to ensure the students have a seamless experience through out the admissions process
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and open to learning new tasks and ways of accomplishing the goals at hand.
• Attend team meetings and work on continuous improvement projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

Bachelor's degree is required

5 years of experience in admissions, sales, field marketing or related field

Outgoing personality with the ability to forge relationships and hold conversations easily with others.

Experience Coaching, Mentoring Or Training Others Is Preferred
