Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to build the Dallas-Fort Worth market from the ground up.
- Identify and engage decision-makers (contractors, property managers, facility directors, etc.) to drive product adoption.
- Present, negotiate, and close deals, ensuring favorable contract terms for both the company and the client.
- Partner with the roofing project manager to provide seamless support and service throughout project execution.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, leveraging initial sales to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our product effectively.
- Proven success in outside sales, at least 3 years selling a commercial roofing product, material or service or selling to commercial roofing professionals is needed.
- Strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals in a consultative sales environment.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to establish a new market.
- Ability to travel locally within the DFW Metro area and up to a 3-5 hour mile radius to meet with clients.
