Are you a hands-on, strategic engineering leader ready to drive transformation at one of the largest and most dynamic production sites in North America? Our client, a global leader in the beverage industry, is seeking a Director of Maintenance & Engineering to lead plant reliability, capital planning, and technical innovation at their flagship facility-a hub for new product development and innovation.
This is a highly visible role with broad scope and autonomy. You’ll lead a capable team through change, innovation, and continuous improvement, while managing multi-million dollar capital budgets and delivering operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Own the full maintenance and engineering strategy, from CAPEX and project execution to equipment reliability and plant safety.
- Champion continuous improvement and optimize performance across operations, engineering, and utilities.
- Build and mentor a high-performing technical team and drive capability development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners—from plant leadership and procurement to R&D and executive stakeholders.
- Influence long-term strategy and contribute to site-wide innovation and transformation.
What We're Looking For:
- 10 years of technical/engineering leadership in manufacturing (consumer goods preferred).
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and execute complex capital projects.
- Strong commercial and technical acumen, with a strategic mindset and the ability to dive into detail.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (PE license a plus).

Salary : $180,000 - $210,000
