Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Production Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will review newly sold flooring orders from Lowes, ensuring they match the specifications and labor requirements outlined by our Measure Technician. Your meticulous attention to detail will help identify and resolve sales errors, such as incorrect quantities or labor discrepancies. Flooring is surprisingly very complex but rest assured that our training is very thorough and you will become an expert in flooring products and installation specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Review: Compare products and labor sold with the quotes specified by our Measure Technician.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate closely with customers and the Lowes team to address and rectify any sales errors or discrepancies.
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and guidance throughout the order qualification process.
- Administrative Duties: Handle tasks such as processing order cancellations and resolving product delivery delays.
