What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

Lead and manage the creative team in producing branding, digital, print, and multimedia projects

Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the employer’s goals and brand vision

Provide creative direction and feedback, ensuring high-quality standards across all deliverables

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling visuals and manage client-focused practices

Oversee hiring, training, and development of the global creative team

What is Required (Qualifications) :

Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a senior creative leadership role within the consulting or professional services industry

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse creative team, including offshore members

Extensive experience in branding, digital, print, and multimedia design

Exceptional design capabilities with a strong portfolio of creative projects

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

Proven experience utilizing Generative AI tools to enhance design efficiency

Strong storytelling skills with the ability to convey compelling narratives through design

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

Experience with project management tools such as Wrike

Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating creative concepts
