Position Overview :
Communiboost seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team immediately. This role involves answering inbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience with Communiboost. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a high call volume while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Salary Range : $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
Location : Kansas City, MO
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction : Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.
- Product and Service Assistance : Provide knowledgeable responses to questions regarding Communiboost’s services, promotions, and general inquiries.
- Issue Resolution : Resolve customer issues effectively by identifying solutions and, when necessary, escalating calls to a supervisor or relevant team.
- Data Entry : Accurately document call details, update customer records, and ensure data integrity within our system.
- Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up calls or send emails to ensure customer concerns are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members and other departments to address client needs and improve overall service quality.
