Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support for M365 and Azure AD environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot DNS/DHCP configurations.
- Maintain and repair hardware, including printers, laptops, and desktops.
- Oversee mobile device management (MDM) with Intune.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless IT operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with M365 and Azure AD.
- Strong knowledge of DNS/DHCP.
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
