Job Description

This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to our manufacturing process and be a vital part of our team. As an Assembler, you will play a key role in the production of our high-quality products. You will be responsible for efficiently executing all assembly tasks while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Competitive Pay : Earn $16.35 per hour.
Shift : Work on our 2nd shift.
Location : Work in New Britain, CT.

Essential Job Functions :

Assemble all company products from start to finish.

Set up and operate all machines required for assembly, across various product series.

Interpret and adhere to assembly documentation (e.g., blueprints, schematics, work instructions).

Inspect, test, and record data related to assembled products.

Train new personnel within the department.

Adhere to all company safety regulations and report any unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately.

Maintain a thorough understanding of all company processes, procedures, and rules as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or lead.

Requirements :

Ability to make sound decisions and take ownership of your work.

Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with others.

Physical Demands :

The following physical demands are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this role :

Ability to stand for the full shift.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (infrequently).

Ability to use hands to assemble small parts, handle materials, and reach with hands and arms.

Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
