Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and love working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Kitting & Assembly Specialist to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Prepare and kit work orders according to production schedules
✅ Measure, cut, tie, and fasten materials like Velcro, webbing, and elastic
✅ Operate light-duty machines and hand tools for sub-assembly tasks
✅ Ensure quality standards are met for all assembled parts
✅ Keep your workspace clean, organized, and ready for action
What You’ll Need:
🔹 High School Diploma or equivalent
🔹 1-2 years of manufacturing experience (bonus points for sewing skills!)
🔹 Ability to measure to 1/8 inch and operate various manufacturing tools
🔹 A great work ethic and willingness to learn
