Hyatt Place Milford/New Haven is presently accepting applications for Guest Service Associate
What you will be doing
- Assisting guests with Check In/Check Out
- Answering front desk telephone and making reservations, as needed
- Assisting guests with any questions, concerns, or requested amenities
- Serving F&B at Hotel Bistro and Bar
- Communicating with colleagues with Shift end Reports and Pass on information
- Provide guest service that meets or exceed company standards.
- Assisting GM/DOS with Social Media Management
- Able to Work Weekdays/Weekends/ and or Holidays
- Able to work AM or PM Shifts as decided by Management weekly
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal/leadership skills, professional caring approach towards colleagues and guests.
- "Guest First" approach.
- Previous hotel desk experience preferred
- Experience in cash handling, accounting, and hotel Property Management Systems (OPERA)
- Must Have a USA State Issued Valid Drivers License
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA Desirable Qualifications: Previous experience in a limited or full-service hotel.
