We offer competitive compensation, growth opportunities, and the chance to make a lasting impact in the hospitality industry.If you're ready to bring your passion for banquets to the next level, apply now and embark on an exciting career journey with us!Responsibilities : Responsible for ensuring coordination and execution of all events with Culinary, Stewarding, Catering / CS, CS Floor and BeverageResponsible for short and long term banquet functions in the front and back of the house;Responsible for proactively reviewing staffing and equipment needs;Oversee maintenance of all banquet equipment, function spaces and cleanliness of all banquet areas;Training programs both group and individual to stress service, safety and product knowledge;Staff functions for optimum labor costs and maximum service.
