[Responsibilities]
- Coordinating rental equipment for glam, fitting and shoot days.
- Coordinating tasks like purchasing supplies, equipment, food, props, hair pieces and other essentials for the project.
- Styling tasks such as ironing, pinning, and other support as needed.
- Wardrobe logistics, including gathering, unpacking, shipping returns, and preparing garments for shoots.
- Equipment logistics like walkie talkies, name tags and others for the performance team.
- Collecting receipts and $ used on JV cards / budget.
- Keeping track of time during shoots, such as glam timetable and others.
- Keeping inventories of our wardrobe and storage spaces.
- Getting all the invoices from all parties.

- Passion and interest in areas such as entertainment, music, artist development, and fashion.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, demonstrate accuracy and high quality of work.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and collaborate well with others.
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Have reliable transportations to carry, pick up, and drop off.
