Job Summary
Join our team at Hybrid Battery Swap, a leading provider of hybrid battery replacement and services. We’re looking for a dedicated technician to train and work with our customers, providing full-service battery replacement and support.
Duties
- Complete training to gain expertise in hybrid battery replacement and servicing.
- Travel to customer locations on company provided vehicle to replace and service hybrid batteries.
- Provide excellent customer service and explain the process to customers.
- Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all repairs and replacements.
Qualifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude or automotive experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
