Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a passion for the wellness industry. This role requires a proactive approach to managing staff, budgets, and customer satisfaction while ensuring a serene and inviting environment for our clients.

Duties

• Manage the overall operations of the spa, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Lead and motivate a team of spa professionals, providing training and support to enhance their skills.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Conduct interviews and hire qualified staff members to build a strong team.
• Monitor financial performance, including expenses and revenue, to meet budgetary goals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the spa or wellness industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader clientele.
• Strong math skills for managing budgets and financial reports.
• Previous experience in grocery store management or similar environments is beneficial.
• Exceptional phone etiquette for handling client communications professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
