Job Summary:
We are a newly launched and rapidly growing Botox spa business looking for an experienced and highly organized Spa Manager to help drive our growth and expansion. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of starting and scaling medical and Botox spa operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for the aesthetics industry. This role requires managing and coordinating a team of independent professionals, including nurses, while building operational systems and delivering an exceptional client experience. The position involves daily travel between locations and requires reliable personal transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth and Expansion:
- Develop and implement strategies to support the business’s growth and expansion goals.
- Assist in the launch of new locations, including site selection, setup, staffing, and operational planning.
- Establish scalable operational processes, systems, and best practices for consistency across all locations.
Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of current and future Botox spa locations, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and professional environment at each site.
- Travel daily between locations to manage on-site operations, address issues, and provide leadership.
- Manage scheduling and coordination of services provided by independent professionals.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry best practices, across all locations.
- Monitor and manage inventory.
- Work with compliance team to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping using EMR systems at all sites.
Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage independent professionals to build a high-performing team across locations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and professional working environment.
- Ensure adherence to spa policies, procedures, and standards at all locations.
Customer Service:
- Create and maintain a premium client experience, from initial consultations to post-treatment follow-ups.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to build strong client relationships, encourage repeat business, and enhance customer loyalty.
Sales, Marketing, and Campaign Management:
- Drive sales growth by developing and executing revenue strategies across all locations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns, special offers, and events tailored to drive traffic and attract new clients.
- Manage social media platforms to build brand awareness and engage with the local community.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, report results, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Financial Management:
- Oversee budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting for all locations.
- Monitor profitability and identify opportunities for cost-saving or revenue enhancement.
- Implement pricing strategies and service models to align with growth goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely payments to independent professionals, based on service agreements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in starting, scaling, and managing medical or Botox spa businesses.
- Associate degree or higher business, communication, or marketing preferred.
- 3 years of experience in spa, medical spa, or aesthetics industry management.
- Understanding of medical aesthetics industry.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and medical documentation practices.
- Expertise in social media marketing and campaign management, including content creation and analytics.
- Reliable personal transportation and the ability to travel daily between locations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in spa management software, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
