My client, a V30 law firm, is seeking a talented associate with a minimum of 3 years of corporate law experience, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, to join their Boston office. The ideal candidate will have a strong transactional background and experience working with sophisticated corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on complex M&A transactions, including public and private acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
- Representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies in acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions.
- Collaborating with clients on corporate governance, compliance, and strategic matters.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions at a peer law firm.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
