We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to oversee and nurture client relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve revenue growth. The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication, addressing client needs, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts.
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and goals.
- Proactively address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Revenue Growth:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized solutions that align with their objectives.
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and account retention goals.
3. Strategic Planning:
- Develop account plans to ensure long-term client success and retention.
- Monitor account performance and implement strategies to optimize results.
- Analyze client data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
- Serve as a client advocate within the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular updates to clients on performance metrics, product updates, and relevant opportunities.
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to key accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and activities in the CRM.
Qualifications
Experience: 2-5 years in account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably in sales.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue and retention goals.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis.

- 500 existing customers ranging from long-time loyal accounts to newer, less-engaged ones.
- A steady flow of new leads entering the pipeline each week, many of which require personalized outreach and qualification.
- The need to nurture opportunities in the sales pipeline, ensuring deals progress efficiently toward closure while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
Develop a clear and actionable strategy to effectively manage these competing priorities. Specifically, address the following:
- Customer Retention: How will you prioritize and maintain relationships with existing customers to maximize repeat business and customer satisfaction?
- Lead Qualification & Follow-Up: What process will you implement to efficiently qualify and engage new leads without losing momentum?
