Job Description:
HyperZone, which is an indoor playground, is seeking a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team as a Cashier/Customer Service representative. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing a welcoming and enjoyable experience for children and their families at our indoor playground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Assist customers with admissions, answering questions, and providing information about our services and activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Cashier Duties:
- Manage cash register operations, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate transaction records.
- Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Playground Sanitation & Maintenance:
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the playground and surrounding areas.
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing of play equipment and common areas (i.e bathrooms).
- Monitor and maintain safety standards to provide a secure environment for all guests.
- Additional Duties:
- Assist with birthday parties and special events as needed.
- Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth operation of the playground.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work on weekends
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
