Senior Marketing Campaign Manager (SaaS)

Job Duties:

• Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns targeting prospects across various audiences.
• Manage integrated campaign projects, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
• Develop a deep understanding of our target audience, their challenges, and the buyer journey to inform campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Revenue Marketing, and Corporate Marketing teams to enhance campaign processes.

Ideal Background:

• 5 years of experience in running integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements.
• Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS buyer's journey and targeted messaging strategies.
• Proficiency in managing campaigns using project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp).
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, 6sense).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Growth mindset and a desire to experiment with new campaign tactics.
• Experience with ABM or event marketing is a plus.
