- Create and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and timely campaigns.
- Use design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to produce eye-catching graphics and visuals.
Platform Management
- Monitor, manage, and grow social media accounts by engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Schedule posts using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Optimize profiles and posts for maximum reach and engagement.
Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to support business goals such as brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or HubSpot.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and ROI.
Trend Monitoring and Adaptation
