Responsible for administrative and technical tasks in support of human resources payroll functions in an automotive manufacturing environment
Essential Functions:- Enter data into a computer system and retrieve, correct, or delete previously entered data.
- Review data, records, and files for detail and accuracy.
- Review and audit time entry data within payroll system for accuracy; resolves any discrepancies.
- Maintain Team Member payroll files and payroll processing files.
- Facilitate new hire orientation as it relates to payroll section.
- Review and maintain unemployment files, generate responses to appropriate agencies, and generate reports as needed.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with Team Members, time administrators, agencies, management, and co-workers to promote a quality service image.
- Serve as primary contact for HR Services; providing technical assistance to and answering questions from Team Members in a timely manner.
- Assist and support payroll related projects.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports by specified deadlines, as well as ad hoc reports.
- Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
- Meet all other requirements as assigned.
- 2 year Technical degree preferred
- 2 – 4 years of job related experience preferred

Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign). Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift. Position may require on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibility
