I-2-I Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee warehouse operations, including inventory audits, database analysis, and material movement. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with naval logistics regulations and supporting AVCAL, COSAL, QCOSAL, DBI, and non-DBI SRI material management.
The Warehouse Coordinator will perform location audit processes (LAPs), inventory verification, and redistributable asset management (RAB) functions to ensure efficient storage, distribution, and disposal of materials. The position requires strong logistics expertise, attention to detail, and coordination skills to execute warehouse operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Inventory Audits & Management:
- Perform location audit processes (LAPs) and inventory assessments in accordance with POA&M, COMNAVAIRFORINST 4440.2 series, and NAVSUP P-723 series.
- Execute sample LAPs and inventory verification for 10% of affected inventory.
- Redistributable Assets Management (RAB):
- Oversee RAB database functions, including running reports, executing programs, producing documentation, and performing causative research for discrepancies.
- Conduct database analysis to identify and process RAB items no longer required by the CVN.
- Material Handling & Disposition:
- Perform material turn-in and disposal processes, including picking, pulling, packing, palletizing, loading, and delivery.
- Ensure proper disposition of excess material through DLA Disposition Services or Defense Distribution Norfolk VA (DDNV).
- Shipboard Material Management & Back Fit Coordination:
- Review Ship’s Stores Account Material Management Afloat/Ship Authorized Levels (SAMMA/SAL) reports to ensure compliance with COMNAVAIRFORINST 4440.2 series.
- Coordinate and execute the on-load (back fit) of AVCAL, COSAL, QCOSAL, DBI, and non-DBI SRI material following RCOH, extended overhaul, restricted availability, and commissioning processes.
- Oversee all aspects of material packing, scheduling transportation, stowing onboard, and conducting joint LAP and inventory reviews with ship personnel.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of Naval Aviation logistics and DLA material management, including inventory control, material storage, distribution, and warehouse operations.
- Ability to manage warehouse and storeroom functions, including receiving, stowing, issuing, material movement, inventory tracking, and warehouse upkeep.
- Expertise in mechanized naval logistics systems, such as NALCOMIS and R-Supply procedures.
- Strong administrative and technical skills, including document preparation, data entry, computer operations, and logistics recordkeeping.
- Experience supporting aircraft carrier supply operations, both ashore and afloat.
