I I Stanley Company, Inc., a leading supplier of automotive lighting products, was established in Battle Creek, Michigan in 1985. Founded on the principles of respect, trust, and value, we serve a wide range of customers – domestic and foreign – by supplying them with high-quality automotive headlamps, tail lamps, fog lamps.
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensure compliance to customer and regulation requirements through robust product design
· Ensure compliance to quality management system requirements
· Support planning and execution of automotive lighting projects
· Develops, implements, and transfers new product processes in a timely manner
· Achieving company goals for quality, cost, and delivery
· Set up, troubleshoot, and program new process
· Performs other duties, tasks, or projects at the direction of immediate supervisor
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Data analysis and problem-solving skills
· Organizational and planning skills
· Computer skills using standard business software (including MS office programs)
· Good written and verbal communication, along with good presentation skills
· Basic knowledge of circuit board designs
· Basic knowledge of electronics (circuit boards, capacitors, diodes, etc.)
· Availability to work full-time/part-time during the summer and part-time during the school year (August-May)
OPTIONAL/PREFERRED SKILLS:
· Ability to read schematics
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
· Currently pursuing a bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology
