i9 Sports Program Director

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and dynamic Program Director to join our i9 Sports team. The Program Director will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, from site management to event coordination, and ensuring that our programs run smoothly from season prep through completion. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, able to juggle multiple responsibilities, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service to families and athletes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Road Signs & Flyers
• Design, organize, and distribute road signs, flyers, and other promotional materials for events and programs.
• Work with local businesses and community partners to promote the i9 Sports programs.
• Site Management
• Manage on-site operations for games, practices, and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Oversee set-up and breakdown of sports facilities and equipment, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Handle any on-site issues that may arise, providing solutions and a high level of customer service to participants, parents, and coaches.
• Coach Bags & Venue Binders
• Prepare coach bags with all necessary materials before the start of each season.
• Organize and maintain venue binders with schedules, team rosters, and other essential documents.
• Warehouse Inventory Management
• Oversee inventory in the warehouse, ensuring that equipment, uniforms, and supplies are stocked and ready for use.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and reorder supplies as necessary.
• Trophy Management
• Coordinate the distribution of trophies and awards for the end-of-season.
• In-Person Event Support
• Attend in-person events when needed to provide on-site support, including managing logistics, ensuring quality experiences for participants, and offering assistance to parents and coaches.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in sports management or working with children and families is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment as necessary (up to 50 lbs).
• Availability to work weekends and evenings, depending on season schedule.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel between event sites.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
