- Minimum 5 Years Experience In Commercial Estimating/project Management
- Must be able to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Vast knowledge of MEP trades is a plus
- Have excellent computer skills. (MS Office, Excel, Word, Project, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, direction, coordination, implementation, tracking, execution, control, and completion of projects.
- These projects have a defined beginning and end, with specified deliverables.
- The Project Manager ensures that projects align with the company’s strategy, commitments, and goals.
- One essential responsibility of the Project Manager is planning.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
