IAM Management is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team. You will become an expert in product and service knowledge, customer management, compliance standards, and providing new and existing customers with strategic sales solutions to meet their needs. In addition to providing top-notch sales support, you will add value to our company with your enthusiasm for company growth and support the overall success of our sales and marketing teams.
Main Responsibilities of Customer Sales Agents:
- Assist new customers from start to finish within the sign up process from initial package creation, installation process, and post installation follow up.
- Provide exceptional in person sales support to existing customers by addressing inquiries, resolving service issues, and offering solutions to meet evolving customer needs.
- Actively promote and sell our premium telecommunications products and services to both new and existing customers, using effective sales techniques and product knowledge to increase revenue.
- Highlight features and benefits of recommended service plans to help customers make informed decisions.
- Handle customer complaints, concerns, and technical issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently escalating to upper management when needed.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Gather valuable feedback from customers about their sales experience and share insights with the sales and marketing team to enhance the customer experience in order to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Customer Sales Agent Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills to help customers stay connected and build rapport quickly.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets through strong problem-solving abilities.
- Curiosity and desire to learn and understand a wide range of telecommunications products and services.
- A collaborative spirit, working effectively with other teams to achieve common goals.
- Previous experience with CRM software or other customer service platforms is a plus.
