Summary:
As a Cheetah Sales Coordinator you will play a crucial role in our goal of becoming the fastest growing vape brand in cannabis. Reporting to Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with cannabis dispensaries in the Illinois and Pennsylvania markets. Your role as a Sales Representative will require exceptional sales skills, the ability to build rapport quickly, and present strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day administrative functions including:
- Managing Menus
- Processing wholesale orders
- Submitting invoices and manifests upon delivery
- Maintaining and monitoring sales systems
- Communicating relevant information to customers

Customer Engagement:
- Visiting dispensary partners’ locations as needed
- Ensuring displays are properly set-up and visible to customers
- Training staff on product features and brand differentiation
- Conducting activation events as needed
- Organizing and deploying marketing initiatives with existing and future customers
Qualifications:
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience. A combination of experience and education may be considered.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
- Strong project sales experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of market research practices and techniques.
- Experience in the cannabis industry is a bonus but not required.
