We’re Hiring: Social Media Marketing Associate!
Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (No weekends!)

We’re a small, tight-knit, full-service marketing agency that’s big on creativity, collaboration, and having fun. We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Associate who’s passionate about social media and client success. You’ll be managing client accounts, running social media campaigns, and also showing off your personality in front of the camera when it’s time to create content and connect with our audience. As one of our Social Media Associates, you'll use your creativity to manage client accounts, develop engaging campaigns, and drive real results. If you’re detail-oriented, love staying ahead of trends, and don’t mind being on camera now and then, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Crafting engaging and fun social media content that gets noticed (think FB, IG, Google Business, TikTok… you know the drill).
- Teaming up with our graphic design squad to bring creative concepts to life.
- Managing client accounts and campaigns like a social media superstar.
- Creating and running paid ads that actually work.
- Writing awesome copy that aligns with client goals and resonates with their audience.
- Engaging with clients on the phone, offering top-notch phone etiquette and excellent customer service.
- Getting in front of the camera for our own TikToks, Reels, and other social posts!
What We’re Looking For:
- Social media savvy! (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profiles, and TikTok are your playground).
- Creative writing skills that make people stop scrolling and start engaging.
- A social personality who’s comfortable in front of the camera and can shine on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with WordPress a plus but not required.
- Experience with the backend of Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager) is a bonus!
- Great phone etiquette and comfort in talking to clients directly.
