Position Summary:

Our client is currently looking to expand our business development team. We are seeking a Senior Account Executive who will work with the senior management and business development team members to assist with and execute the quickly growing sales organization.

This person must think innovatively, and on his/her feet to help drive the sales strategy.

Position Overview:

● We are looking for hunters.

● Be a leader within the sales organization.

● Drive adoption, growth and retention of our prospects and customers by building trusted relationships and delivering maximum value of the product.

● Work closely with the head of sales to hit revenue goals quarter over quarter.

● Manage a book of business.

● Take ownership of the sales process from source to close.

● Discover and evangelize new use cases for the customer, helping to deepen and expand both customer product usage as well as TAM.

● Use your deep real estate industry and product knowledge to lead new prospective customers to value.

● Simultaneously manage multiple prospects who are at different points in the sales lifecycle.

● Funnel relevant customer feedback back to the product team, so as to inform new product development.

● Have an appetite to jump in wherever we may need your help! We have a start-up culture and it’s all hands on deck.


Qualifications, Requirements, Skills, and Abilities:

● 5-6 years of CRE SaaS sales experience

● Experience closing Enterprise software deals ($150K ARR)

● Experience managing sales cycles of 6-9 months in length

● Background in real estate technology is very important

● Background in commercial real estate is also very important

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Strong attention to detail

● Strong sales experience

● Ability to work independently as a self-starter (this is a must)

● Ability to work in a team environment

● Experience working with a CRM (this is a must)

● Experience with HubSpot’s CRM is a plus (not mandatory)

This is a hybrid role based out of New York City.

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
