- Support and manage core operations for launch planning (NCU, NFU, and design units).
- Establish and improve processes/tools, provide updates, and conduct audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and communication.
- Develop and track metrics, reports, and action items.
