Key Responsibilities:
• Administration, compliance, and strategic oversight of benefits plans
• Development and implementation of flexible and holistic benefits programs
• Compliance with federal and state requirements (ERISA, IRS, ACA, HIPAA)
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
• 8 years experience in health & welfare plan administration
• Supervisory/management experience
• Knowledge of ERISA, IRS, ACA, HIPAA, and leave management laws
