We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Assistant to support our project management team in planning, coordinating, and executing projects efficiently. - Assist project managers in planning and coordinating project activities.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Prepare and distribute status updates, reports, and other project-related materials.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
- Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and following up on action items.
- Support risk management by identifying potential issues and assisting with mitigation strategies.
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and project tracking tools to ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for projects.
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
Bachelor's Degree

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Security clearance with the US Government
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
