Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable: Manage and process invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Accounts Payable: Review and process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and reconcile statements.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
- Support additional finance-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
