Job Summary
The Client Service Representative services our client needs with the knowledge of client lifecycle management such as performance and understanding of services and products.
Pay and Schedule
$18-$20 per hour, based on experience. Full-Time, Monday - Friday
LocationOffice location is at our Vadnais Heights, MN location. This is a hybrid role with on-site attendance required on Wednesdays. There is an opportunity to work remotely up to four days a week
Key Responsibilities
Interacting with clients to handle inquiries, escalations, portfolio management, knowledge of products, onboarding, operations processes, and billing.
Use company resources to answer client inquires and respond in a timely manner.
Work as a pooled team to service client needs with the knowledge of client lifecycle management such as performance, an understanding of services and products.
Communicate with clients through any of the following means: email, phone call, web portal or chat and provide accurate information towards a clients’ questions or concerns.
Understand internal processes for providing accurate and timely information to the clients
Provide account level updates
Navigate and find information in internal systems.
Understand file processing, client onboarding, products, operations procedures and financial documents to provide clients with accurate information.
Deliver required reports and information in a timely manner while providing accurate information to clients.
Ensure patience and empathy while handling client inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in client service, account management, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience communicating with clients via phone, email, and web portals
Ability to work on-site on Wednesdays
