As a Family Intake Coordinator, you’ll ensure our client families have a good experience throughout the autism diagnosis process, ensuring the paperwork is filled and submitted, collecting documentation as needed, and supporting the clinicians with scheduling and communications.
What You'll Do
- Ensure families have a smooth welcoming and a good experience throughout the initial part of the diagnosis evaluation process.
- Recordin client information and perform clerical duties.
- Schedule clients for Diagnosis Evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Manage clinician schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of time and resources.
- Assign, collect, and review client documentation and assessments, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to company protocols.
- Guarantee record collection and documentation-keeping processes are collaboratively working with the clinical team.
- Manage communication between family members and care providers.
- Assist with billing processes and maintaining accurate census information.
- Demonstrate the company’s cultural values, fostering healthy working relationships and enhancing the Family Intake team to ensure the successful accomplishment of the company’s goals and objective.
