Duties
- Prepare and cook meals in front of guests at the hibachi grill, ensuring an entertaining and interactive dining experience.
- Demonstrate expert knife skills for cutting, slicing, and dicing ingredients such as meats, seafood, and vegetables.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
- Clean and maintain hibachi grill equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality or food industry.
