Responsibilities

- Manage kitchen staff, providing training and leadership to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences.
- Maintain inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Participate in banquet preparations and events, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality meals.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food service industry.
