Restaurant hours:
Monday - Thursday 3:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Friday 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Saturday 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Sunday 12:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food at hibachi tables in front of guests.
- Ensure company recipes are made to specification.
- Maintain proper par levels of food and ensure proper rotation.
- Prep ingredients.
- Receive and store products appropriately.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness at all times.
- Work collaboratively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety practices, and kitchen management principles. .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
