We are primarily a Windows environment and are seeking an Enterprise Computing Engineer to provide both in-person and remote support to our employees. As a key member of our End User Computing team, you will provide Help Desk support for over 400 employees. This front-office role offers the opportunity to work directly with business leaders, end users, and cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, implementing appropriate solutions.
- Provide white-glove IT support to executives and business leaders in a fast-paced environment, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Develop and manage SharePoint sites, PowerApps, and automate tasks using Power Automate.
- Install and configure new technologies, providing user training as needed.
- Image laptops with the latest approved OS versions and revisions.
- Set up and configure physical workstations and laptops.
- Manage Active Directory profiles, Office 365 accounts, and Windows profiles; handle file backups and restorations.
- Troubleshoot issues related to endpoints, mobile devices (iOS and Android), copiers, printers, and AV systems.
- Coordinate and execute employee moves, deployments, Windows updates, and application installations.
- Maintain and manage end-user computing (EUC) inventory.
- Draft reports, emails, user instructions, and procedural manuals with clarity and professionalism.
- Demonstrate expert proficiency in PC skills and possess an in-depth understanding of both PC and Mac hardware.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Azure, Windows 10/11, and Office 365.
- Full-time, in-office role (5 days a week).
- Remote support: Provide IT support to employees in the Florida office and other remote locations.
- Weekend support: Available as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Azure and Office 365.
- Familiarity with Active Directory.
- Experience using ManageEngine.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, PowerShell, automation, and deployments.
- Knowledge of VoIP and AV systems.
- Strong awareness of emerging technologies.
- Relevant certifications or a formal degree in Computer Science or related fields.
Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for this role, as it requires regular interaction with executives, business leaders, and end users. The ideal candidate will be a team player, capable of solving complex technical problems, clearly explaining solutions, and working collaboratively within the ICON Technology Group.
