My client a global communications organisation require an experienced Senior Product Manager to take on a crucial role in their newly formed AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) product team. The AIaaS platform is designed to bring AI to the entire suite of products across their SaaS offering and are looking for an experienced person that can ship 0-1 products and feels at home in the AI landscape.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers and do product discovery, how can we truly add value with the AI instead of just following the hype?
• Define a roadmap and KPIs for the product, ensuring alignment across the team and the rest of the org
• Work with the Engineering Manager to maintain the product backlog and team priorities
• Keep relations with product stakeholders within and outside the company
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team

Qualifications

• A modern product-led mindset, with a demonstrable ability to express and think in terms of outcomes and not just outputs
• Experience Product Manager on a technology product, with experience spent working on an AI product.
• A technical background with an understanding of AI models and NLP, and knowledge of the major AI offerings (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
• Experience with UX patterns specific to AI products
• Experience in delivering software projects leveraging Scrum and agile methodologies
