💰 Compensation & Schedule
• Starting Salary: $80K base with the potential to earn 15-20% more based on performance (Base Commission)
• Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday
• Shifts:

• Weekdays: 8 AM – 8 PM
• Saturday: 9 AM – 7 PM
• Sunday: 10 AM – 6 PM
  • Full-time Start: Mid-May 2025 (Paid training available prior)

As our Sales & Community Partnerships Lead, you’ll be responsible for:
✔ Driving sales & memberships through meaningful conversations and education about our services
✔ Building strong client relationships based on trust, empathy, and understanding individual wellness needs
✔ Engaging with local businesses & organizations to create community partnerships
✔ Leading by example at the front desk, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued

✅ Sales & Customer Relationship Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a sales-driven role (wellness, fitness, medical spa, retail, hospitality, or similar industries preferred)
• Proven ability to connect with people on a personal level, listen to their needs, and offer solutions
• Comfortable with educational sales (guiding customers toward the best wellness services without feeling "salesy")

✅ Interpersonal & Communication Skills

• Strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and active listening
• Ability to engage with customers naturally, ensuring they feel understood and valued
• Passion for wellness & helping others improve their health

✅ Leadership & Team Support

• Experience training, mentoring, or supporting team members (formal management experience is a plus but not required)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Able to balance individual sales goals with team success

✅ Business Awareness & Operations

• Familiarity with KPIs, revenue goals, and customer retention strategies
• Experience with POS systems & handling transactions
