What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Office Manager position at ICS CONTRACTING?
A well established, family owned and operated, respected General Contractor requires a Bookkeeper/ Office Manager with professional accounting experience. You will be responsible for directing the processing of the full cycle of accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, general ledger, payroll and other weekly reports. In addition, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative and procedural support to other functional areas of the organization.

Essential Responsibilities
- Responsible for the accurate processing of AR/AP, invoicing, and payroll activities
- Maintenance of the General Ledger
- Preparation of other financial reports as indicated by management
- Ability to assist in the human resources function
- Demonstrated ability to function in a busy environment
- Other functions as directed by ownership
Experience Desired:
- Five (5) plus years of extensive accounting experience in a $2 mil or larger organization
- Must be experienced with QuickBooks, or other accounting softwares.
- Highly skilled with accounting software and Microsoft Office Products (Excel and Word)
- General administrative and human resources experience with and knowledge of the construction industry is highly desired
- Customer Service Excellence
- Ability to systemize self and others
- A degree in business, finance, or accounting is desired, however, solid experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree
