As a National Customer Service Representative, you will contribute to the success of the company by establishing and maintaining good client relations for our regional customers. In this position, you will receive and process to completion customer inquiries, orders, and concerns. As a National Customer Service Representative, you will contribute to the success of the company by establishing and maintaining good client relations for our regional customers. - Process, track and expedite customer orders, verifying for accuracy
- Follow up as appropriate with internal support teams and customer
- Address shipment and delivery inquiries
- Maintain excellent records
- Partner with others throughout the company to ensure successful processes
- Coordinate special project tasks
- Utilize company tools for order follow up and communication with customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national accounts, developing strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of orders, special requests, and overall account satisfaction.
- Oversee the order process from initiation to delivery, ensuring that all orders are accurate, delivered on time, and meet the clients specifications.
- Proactively identify and address any service-related issues or concerns from national accounts, working quickly to resolve the problems with appropriate internal teams and maintain client satisfaction.
- Provide top service excellence to ensure all high-profile accounts receive a consistently high level of service, anticipate client needs and respond to requests promptly and effectively.
- Stay current on company products, services, and policies to provide expert guidance and support to clients.
- Provide feedback to management on potential improvements or enhancements to internal processes and services that would better serve national accounts.
- Experience in sales &/or customer service
- Ability to understand customers’ needs & relate to production processes
- Strong written and verbal communication and human relations skills
- Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills
- Must be computer literate
- Excellent project coordination skills
- Commitment to service
- Ability to work well with ever changing priorities and/or situations
- Must be high energy, self-starter
- Willingness to go above & beyond to ensure superiors support of both internal & external customers
